The basic art of handstitching is therapeutic.Think all ancient stitching and embroidery techniques, although tedious, were about human stories and connections, and community-building (helped the women connect and destress themselves through mindful craft and art work). Revastra's ReSkills session, held at Yoga Guru Neha Bajaj's studio YogEssence, was about highlighting this aspect of our old-world living. It focused on fabric origami and sari manipulation techniques (draping, folding, tucking, pleating and knotting).
