This will help you reduce your mental clutter and streamline your style thoughts in simple words before you make any fashion choices. This will faciliate you with basic journalistic techniques, and ancient reduce (decluttering) rituals and practices (with gentle techniques of yogic breath-movement) to help you in SELF-expression using words and doodles. You will do this using specially-designed writing worksheets. ​​

This will teach you to apply dynamic methods of zerowaste and Orinuno DIYs (with gentle techniques of yogic breath-movement) to help you in SELF-expression and transformation of the garment into something more meaningful and useful.
